Present: Steve Butcher, Kevyn Salsburg, Andretti Williams, Lynn GiGiovanna, Parker Klingsberg

Kevyn detailed our various legal concerns including a review of parcel#501 court status and future possibilities, liens on future parcels, curbing of commercial activity in Chocolate Hole, 2x separate rentals per parcels that exist and need to be contacted.

Plans for 2026 road work for West & East were reviewed and tentative scheduled laid out (dependent on concrete availability)

EAST 2026 Roads Contract with Stone Masonry

Parker Klingsberg was brought into discussions about board membership, the association, East needing a representative, and possible future volunteer work.

October’s meeting will be to review Parker Klingsberg as East board member, update on roads statuses, financial update.
