It’s Our Beach Access

The Estate Chocolate Hole Landowner’s Association owns the parcels of land that connect Chocolate East Rd & Bovacoap Rd to the waterfront of Chocolate Hole.

The road and parking area are owned by ECHLA and its use - including parking - is meant for ECHLA members and their guests only to access the beach and water.

NOT ALLOWED

  • Any commercial activity including, but not limited to, weddings, charter boat pick-ups/drop-offs, guided activities like kayaking.

  • Camping

  • Parking at anywhere other than signed parking spots

  • Overnight Parking

  • Fires

  • Loading or unloading boats with vehicle and/or trailers (hand carrying personal watercraft is allowed).
